Refund policy

At OMG Garage, we meticulously inspect every item before shipping to ensure your satisfaction. However, if you're not pleased with your purchase and notify us within seven days of receiving it, we offer a simple return and refund policy as decribed below.


What can be returned?

  • Items within 30 days of receiving them
  • Items in original packaging
  • Damaged or faulty items (informed within seven days)
  • Incorrectly delivered items

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team at OMG Garage, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.


When Should Items be Returned By?

Our return policy is applicable for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the items. After this period, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


How to return an item:

  • Contact us within seven days of receiving your item to get a return authorisation.
  • Repack the item carefully in its original packaging.
  • Once you have a return authorisation, we'll provide instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping for Returns

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer and will not be included in the refund.


How Can Customers Initiate a Return?

Freight Damage

Please inspect all items upon delivery. Any damage incurred during shipping must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods.


Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, or washed.
  • We cannot be held responsible for slight variations in colour, size, or specifications from batch to batch. These variations don't constitute a fault and are not grounds for a return.
  • To ensure a smooth return process, please contact us before purchasing to confirm colours, sizes, and specifications if you have any concerns.
